THE RESULTS?
GenAI authoring + knowledge tool for consultants
PowerPoint is the ultimate authoring tool for 30,000 people at BCG. It represents the most important knowledge sharing, collaboration, and productivity opportunities for AI adoption.
Our small team is putting multi-modal GenAI into a tailor made tool that incorporates BCG’s house style, ways of working, and knowledge base. It’s piloting with nearly 3,000 users, and will roll out to 30,000 in Q2.
Data-driven hospitality for a national fine dining chain
Our data science team modeled “Guest DNA” with machine learning to provide general managers and staff with real-time insights in order to improve service.
Using the app to improve service increased check size, frequency of visits, customer satisfaction—and 1.5% EBITDA across North America in year one.
Improved usability and efficiency for a deep sea drilling safety system
When Transocean needed to re-engineer their entire subsea control system, the human-machine interface needed to not only help users understand how the mechanics worked, it needed to do so in a way that improved safety and reduced downtime due to mistakes.
Our patented solution reduced training time and onboarding time for a mission-critical safety system in a highly scrutinized and regulated industry.
Redesigned digital pharmacy and over-the-counter ecommerce
We helped a legacy pharmacy compete on experience when they couldn’t compete on price, and we turned a laggard into a leader among digital pharmacies.
The new personalized, streamlined experience increased overall conversions almost 5%.
